HYDERABAD: Non-installment of activity e-challan might soon arrive you in prison. Taking a genuine note of non-installment of e-challans, city activity police began documenting chargesheets against the guilty parties. Starting now, they are being imposed up to five times the challan sum as punishment by the courts. At the same time, in the nearing weeks, the frequent movement guideline breakers will face penitentiary term like on account of tanked driving. 

"Starting now, courts have honored up to Rs 8,900 as fine to the guilty parties who did not pay different e-challans since quite a while. We have asked for the honourabe courts to honor detainment to frequent guilty parties who conferred grave offenses like overspeeding, sign bouncing furthermore did not react to e-challans or legitimate notification," extra CP (activity) Jitender told TOI. 

At present, police are sending lawful notification to wrongdoers who have more than three e-challans pending against them and documenting chargeseets against the individuals who have six or additionally pending e-challans and did not react to even legitimate takes note. 

There are around one lakh wrongdoers with more than three pending e-challans in the city and police have so far sent 20,000 lawful notification to the guilty parties, who were occupied since 2012. 

"The reaction rate to lawful notification is right around 50 every penny. A large portion of the guilty parties are paying the fine in the wake of getting the takes note. Whosoever does not, we are recording chargesheets against them," DCP Traffic AV Ranganath told TOI.

Till date, city police have recorded 500 chargesheets against the guilty parties and every one of them were recompensed powerful punishments by the courts. 

Police have likewise kept in touch with the high court to dispense two assigned courts for the movement cases. On a normal, Hyderabad activity police are issuing 10,000 e-challans consistently and after the crackdown of police, the installment rate has gone up from 10 every penny to 20 every penny. 

"On the off chance that the courts begin honoring detainment to constant wrongdoers who don't pay e-challans, then the installment rate will expand further and conduct of drivers out and about will likewise step by step improve," the DCP said.
